She is passionate about helping her patients restore and maintain optimum health and wellbeing using holistic methods that work with the body’s own ability to heal. Courtney is particularly interested in assisting patients to take control of their own health through education and practising self care management strategies.
Courtney specialises in assisting with stress management and chronic musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, such as headaches/migraines and back and shoulder pain. She uses a holistic approach that understands the interrelationship between the mind, body and spirit, and each session is tailored to suit the patient’s individual needs. A variety of techniques are used, including deep tissue massage, sports and remedial massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial dry needling, cupping and myofascial release.
