Alicia has always had a keen interest in helping people, leading her to a career in health. She is a compassionate, dedicated and holistic practitioner who takes the upmost care to ensure her clients understand their condition so they can return to full health faster. Alicia uses a diverse range of techniques in her treatments ranging from deep tissue massage, cupping, soft tissue mobilisation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint articulation and sports and relaxation massage to not only treat the pain but address any underlying causes, ultimately to prevent reoccurrence. Areas of particular interest to Alicia are back pain and headaches.

Away from work, Alicia enjoys returning to her small hometown of Kyabram to visit her family. Most weekends are spent following the football where she loves to cheer for her favourite team, St Kilda!
